Review of E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (1982) by Steven1981 — 30 Apr 2020
This 1982 fantasy, sci fi, family, adventure film is one of them films that never really grabbed my interest but seen it enough times. I'd say the only good bits are the flying bikes and the bike scenes at the end.
The rest is kind of tacky, lazy and boring and certainly most of this film drags on and is boring and the alien named E.T. looks faker than Michael Jackson's plastic surgery and he talks and is leprechaun sized.
The kids even treat him as a friend and human being and help him get back home to his planet. One of the worst films ever made but some may enjoy it but certainly not me.... Stars Dee Wallace, Henry Thomas, Drew Barrymore.
.. Directed by Steven Spielberg.
