Review of Escape from the Planet of the Apes (1971) by Zachary Y — 29 Dec 2012
The idea itself and the story are just as fresh and creative as the original. It does tend to get a little too silly from time to time and the effects are lacking. The story has depth and shows the dark and craziness to the human life through the eyes of a different species.
As the story progresses and the switch that takes place from the ape mothers are quite genius and create a well crafted story.
