Paul Dehn escreveram de volta ao planeta dos macacos e destruiu todo o respeito conquistado no primeiro filme, já nessa seqüência eles conseguiram um argumento que pudesse salvar a seqüência e trazer de volta o charme de tecer criticas ao modo de vivencia dos humanos.
