Basically, this is Escape from New York, but with even more camp. Bloodsport basketball, tidal wave surfing, transvestite gang leaders, and hang-glider assault add up to ridiculous action movie goodness.
Also, Steve Buscemi and Bruce Campbell. Nuff said?
