Review of Eros (2004) by Colin K — 02 Jul 2008
I feel very arrogant for saying it...I like allegorical movies and movies which are ambiguous and leave interpretation to the viewer...one of my favourite movies is the Fountain...but this (these) movies just CONFUSED me.
Everyone loved The Hand...I've awfully suspicious that there was little to be found substance wise other than what that hand was used FOR. It was beautifully fillmed...ably acted et al...but I didn't see anything come to fruition.
For me a movie takes more than beautiful and textured setting and great acting.
