Every once in awhile I am surprised by a film, and that is the case for this animated film. It is a sweet story of an unusual friendship between a bear and a mouse. It is both funny and touching while also beautiful to look lat.

it's like a painting come to life. If you are tired of most the typical Hollywood family films of today, give this one a try. I watched the French version, but there is an English language version if your child can't read subtitles.

Warning: it does have a couple dark themes, but also a great story of tolerance and friendship.
