Review of Eraserhead (1977) by Thomas J — 01 Jun 2014
It's a bizarre acid trip into the realm of the deeply unsettling and creepy, and at the same time masterfully crafts such a dreamlike (nightmare-like?) atmosphere under David Lynch's debut directorial work, with perhaps some of the greatest, most brilliant sound-mixing in film history.
It horrifyingly treads into the realm of a fear that most of us posses in one form or another.
