John Kruger is a Federal Marshal in the Witness Protection program.
He's tough.
He's mean.
He's the best in the game.
He's the kind of guy who can throw a parachute out of an airplane, then jump out after it, catch up with it and put it on on the way down, and land on top of a car, yet walk away uninjured.
