A terrible, terrible movie. The script is preposterous, the acting is laughable, the direction is non-existant, the camerawork is awful, the music is obnoxious, the editing is hyperactive, the effects are incredibly cheap, and the action is as believable as Loony Tunes.
It's a crappy B movie playing dress up as thought-provoking and meaningful, and it comes across as a mentally retarded child trying to show off just how smart and creative he is.
