Makes the second two Matrix films look like crap. Think Christian Bale in his pupae stage before the Batman movies.
'Equilibrium' features some of the most brilliant action and gun violence cinema can muster, and it does so while also making moderately intelligent social commentary. It is a shame that this film will forever remain in the dark as a more or less unknown film.
