If you have seen Minority Report and Matrix then you have probably seen this movie to a certain extent. The action is cheesy and sadly showing its age. I loved the plot, but in all truthfulness a feeling free society is nearly impossible to act.
Small flaws and the action take away from the magic of this movie.
