Review of Equals (2015) by 1Truth 1 — 09 Jul 2016
If anyone has read the synopsis/watched the trailer, and thought that this film is a modern remake of THX 1138, you wouldn't be far wrong, it very much has the same premise, and a similar feel about it. For those who are very familiar with the post-apocalyptic/dystopian genre, they will appreciate this film, and realise with its subtle, intimate moments that it is far more THX 1138 than 1984/Gattaca, etc.
Those who are unimpressed by this genre will find little entertainment here.
