Review of Epic (2013) by Shawn M — 01 May 2014

I have to say, this movie was fun to watch on many fronts. The animation was very nice to watch, the acting was well put together and the music made the whole world fall into place. It's a shame, then, that the plot was just so phoned in.

It really was a cookie cutter movie that could have been so much better buy just flushing out a lot of the characters. But, even with how flat the movie felt, it's still a feel-good-family-film and I'd watch it again.
