Review of Entourage (2015) by Antonio G — 18 Sep 2015
B After having a disappointing series finale to the HBO show, Entourage the movie takes everything wrong with the finale and makes it right again giving a much better end to Entourage. Firstly, this is the film that people might like or hate but to me, critics got this film wrong because this film is awesome. All the Entourage-isms that people liked about the series is in this film with Vinnie taking on a whole new level by directing and so much more which makes this film the perfect ending to Entourage. Everything that you liked stays and everything that you hated goes away making not just a good movie, but a perfect Entourage storyline crammed into two hours making everything that you loved and remembered about Entourage. Each character gets enough screen time and stays likable as they were in the show. The dialogue, chemistry and energy stays as good as it was in the show. Since this is an Entourage film, there will be lot's of cameos since it takes place in Hollywood from actors and the cameos got exhausting and stressful hat we should pay less attention to the cameos and more on the story. So many cameos just had to get shoehorned for the sake of getting them shoehorned. The E and Sloan romance keeps on going like the cameos, focusing more on that and making us believe that that is important when it just fails. In the end despite those flaws and some others, for all HBO Entourage fans this is the perfect ending to Entourage giving everything that people loved. The characters still remain likable and memorable. It's a good solid throwback to the Entourage series giving everything that people wanted.
Rating: 70% and a B.
