Review of Entourage (2015) by Lucas Y — 24 Aug 2016
After reading many user & critic reviews I have to ask why would anyone watch this having never seen a single episode of the show? This was clearly meant for fans who know the characters. Having said that, I was a big fan of the first several seasons, not so much the last couple.
Overall I enjoyed the movie though. They basically fit an entire season into 105 minutes, which made for almost zero slow parts. The script isn't mind blowing, but it's fun and that's what Entourage is all about.
Was never a big E or Turtle fan and the douchieness continues. Drama and Ari were always my favorite characters and they definitely have the best scenes. Billy Bob & Hailey Joel Osment had some scenes as well.
Some great cameos (Ed O'Neil, Kelsey Grammer) and some really lame one's (I can't stand Ronda Rousey). Hope they make more movies.
