This is definitely NOT monopoly for beginners, these guys exported electricity out of a state to create a power deficiency so they could import it back and sell it for more profit. Unbelievable how they cooked the books and how far they got.
Just shows that natural resources shouldn't be privately owned or run because when it's purely business, people are generally BAD. Don't watch this move unless your day is more or less fucked up anyway.
