Review of Enlighten Up! (2008) by Meril L — 26 Aug 2009

Obviously, as a documentary about yoga, one can't expect for the film to move along too quickly. However, as I know nothing about yoga, nor have ever practiced the exercises, the film just ... didn't do a thing for me, and I found myself getting antsy less than halfway through. I saw the film with a friend whom practices yoga; she really enjoyed it.

If you like & understand yoga: good. If you're clueless such as myself: boring.

Best part of film: the cuteness that is Nick Rosen :).
