A guy volunteers a large chunk of his life to Yoga to find out if it will improve him as a person. ...it doesn't... the end.
There were some great scenes where he met some old indian guru's who really had you hanging on every word, unfortunately the film doesn't really dwell on anything they say and you are left feeling disappointed.
