I watched this film on Valentine's day, the day it came out. This was already an advantage for it in my eyes because it meant that after having a romantic dinner with my boyfriend I was more in the mood for a love story.

However I'm not too sure when I'm not really in the mood for a love story because these are the type of films I enjoy watching anyway. I was completely engaged into this story and the idea of a perfect kind of love is always what I'm a sucker for.

The brightness and clarity of the image made some of the scenes seem really beautiful and happy which obviously complimented this "endless love" that Jade and David shared with each other. I was also quite surprised at how great the little moments of humour where that David and his friend Mace would share.

They even left my boyfriend chuckling which I'm glad it managed to do because I know this style of film isn't his favourite, he went more for me. I loved how Jade was portrayed. Her wardrobe through out was spot on with everything she wore being in style now.

Everything about her was natural and fresh especially when it came to minimal makeup. At points I would have liked the romantic moments to have gone on for a bit longer e.g. when Jade and David spent a week or so together before she told him about leaving.

However overall I thought this was a stunning and heart-warming movies which left me weeping at times, but what can I say that's just what I'm like. So if you're into cliché romantic movies such as the lucky one, the notebook, the last song etc.

this movie is for you.
