An enjoyable watch, this movie ticks all the boxes, action, mystery, its a very dark religious story and Gabriel Byrne as Satan is excellent. I love the whole concept, end of the millenium rise of Satan to Earth, very entertaining.
Schwarzenegger is his usual brilliant, ridiculous quotes (to Satan: "Your a fuckin' choirboy to me, a choirboy!") and a wild amount of himself, just a fun movie with an open mind. Some very dark imagery used that gives the film a very evil tone, the scene involving his wife and daughter is chilling.
