Review of Encounters at the End of the World (2007) by Hanna W — 01 Jan 2009
I'm not sure what fascinated me more about this movie, the amazingly sweeping underwater photography underneath the ice of Antarctica or the incredibly interesting, quirky, and downright strange people interviewed who live and work there.
Werner Herzog's narration is hilarious at times. It is a fresh escape from the usual droning of narrators in most documentary film.
