God help me, I actually liked this movie. Sure it was silly.. ridiculous even, but it was fun! The message of the film: love overpowers all reason. Our heroine, even when faced with a wealthy, courageous, handsome prince, instead inexplicably fell in love with a scruffy, insensitive, depressing single father who already had a girlfriend.
Go figure! But hey, she might not have gotten her prince, but she did get her McDreamy, so she did okay.
