Why does this gem of a movie only have a 6.9 while average stuff like Sing 2 and Ghostbusters: Afterlife are in the 7+ range? This movie really freaking slaps and I like pretty much everything about it. I like the characters, I like the music, I like the setting, I like the animation, and I especially like the deconstruction on family toxicity and the themes that come with it.
This movie is awesome and I pity anyone who can't see it for what it is: A beautifully animated, effortlessly charming home-run that deserves all the love.
