Review of Encanto (2021) by Bradmorgan — 25 Nov 2021
Again a true Disney movie with a nice moral. In fact, it's a modern take on the ‘princess story’ that we all know well. However, if we look at the other Disney films of recent years, Encanto falls short.
The music and numbers doesn't linger and, partly due to the modern pop approach, it doesn't quite match the style of the movie. Totally the opposite of, for example, Coco.
