Review of Empire of the Wolves (2005) by Brian S — 15 Apr 2008

I really wanted to like this movie, it being a Frenc thriller and all. But the plot is just so incredibly incomprehensible, by the time the credits started rolling I had completely lost it. To make matters worse, Reno's mumbling was so hard to understand I actually had to turn the subtitles on (and trust me, I know my fair share of French!).

It wasn't a complete waste of time but I do prefer to know what's going on while I watch a movie ;-).
