Matt Damon lives on Earth where it is pretty poor and ghetto and people are dying and starving. In the sky everything is nice and rich and medicine machines heal people. Matt Damon decides he is going to break into the "rich city".
It's good and there are a lot of pretty neat sci-fi tech and weapons.
