Loved, LOVED District 9 & the cinematography / special FX were Outstanding.....even breathtaking (saw it on the IMAX Screen & I'm so glad)......however the script, the plot, the dialogue and the characters were not the well-developed, tight-as-a-drum synergistic mastery of filmmaking I was expecting from Neil B.
Perhaps my expectations were too high after "District 9". Sharlto Copely, however, did NOT disappoint ..... as usual, he was the best part of the film and I wish he'd been the main star, nit Matt Damon.
