I actually haven't been a fan of the lovely Cassandra Peterson and her busty vampiress alter-ego for very long, having only discovered her thanks to VH1's "I Love the 80's." But she seemed like a great character, so I started to do some research, and bought this movie.
And I certainly didn't regret it. If one is willing to not question why Elvira just happens to look like that naturally, and is willing to look past two hours of boob jokes, this is a really enjoyable movie.
The cast is hilarious (especially Elvira herself and Edie McClurg), the jokes are great, and it's just a fun, silly Eighties movie. An yes, I'll admit it, Elvira is damn hot... and even today, at the age of.
.. *unintelligible mumble*... both Elvira and Cassandra herself are quite fetching. :-).
