Goofy, camp, and a lot of fun! They made the right decision in keeping this movie PG-13, as the main market is definitely teenage boys. I was a teenage boy when it came out, right when I first hit puberty, and Elvira had...ahem...quite an effect on me.
The raunchy humor is a little immature, but it's everything that anyone going to see this movie would expect, and want it to be. What more could you want?
