Review of Elizabeth Blue (2017) by Cindy W — 10 Oct 2017
Being a mental health advocate I saw Elizabeth Blue a few days after it opened in Los Angeles. Yesterday I had the day off from work and had KTLA on. I was so happy to see a segment about this film. It is wonderful that its beginning to get attention because it is well deserved.
Anna Schafer gives a performance that will leave you without words. Her hallucination Tim played by Christopher Ashman is so effective with his performance, he leaves you with your nerves rattled. Anna Shcafer and the director Vincent Sabella were both on KTLA yesterday, both were completely charismatic and charming.
No wonder this film is gaining attention from large outlets with these positive attitudes they brought to their interview. FYI this has nothing to do with the film. The filmmaker is very sexy. (Giggle) Go see this beautiful film and support Mental illness! After seeing Elizabeth Blue you will not be able to get it out of your head.
