Another incredibly powerful film from BUS 174 director Jose Padilha. Standing at a remarkably similar distance to all actors (police, elite squad, favela rulers, NGO people), the film balances the needs and attitudes of all.
Of course that doesn't make it less effective, more so even, as one does not know where to be shocked more. Perfect!
