This satire about the American political process set in a mid-west High School is very entertaining. Reese Witherspoon is great as Tracy Flick, and Matthew Broderick is also quite good as the suffering teacher and adviser.
This is filled with biting satire and works on most levels. Alexander Payne is a fine filmmaker, and solidified his status as someone to watch out for with "Election.".
