From what I had heard, I actually enjoyed this film a lot more than I thought I was going to.
The music was brilliant and Hector Lavoe's life was interesting, but the film would have benifited immensely a lot less JLo. I mean, the movie's meant to be about Lavoe, not the chick who he knocked up, and really, JLo should stop with movies already. Unless she's willing to do something that's not already so "her.".
Worth watching for the sake of the music.
