It could've been so much more considering the importance of Hector to his people. There were stereotypes, which is horrible. Overall, good movie with good acting. I didn't feel that they did justice to the Fania All-Stars Salsa or Hector but considering this is a film by Hispanics we should all support it.
Sadly, we don't have many of our films out there. I love that you're transported to original 70s Nuyorican Salsero. Go for the music... I hate that Marc sings instead of Hector but HEY the man can sing.
Jennifer has never looked BETTER. Beyond stunning!
