Do you know what's really hard to achieve? create a engaging coming-of-age movie without the classic high-school comedy tropes.
Bo Burnham has successfully portrayed the anxiety of a 2017 pubescent girl with the codes, anxieties, and awkwardness of her generation. That's really remarkable.
Also, Elsie Fisher is fantastic.
