Fisher's great performance can only do so much. I like Burnham but it felt like he was a bit too out of his element here. This movie needs to go back for another edit because there's a good 15-20 minutes worth of stuff that could have been cut.

Heck, The first 15 minutes alone could have been chopped down to 5-6 minutes tops. It kind of kills the pacing and makes for a boring movie at times because, for a majority of the film, Nothing really goes on.

And then there's the story in general. It's not original or unique, It's something that has been done hundreds of times over and that lack of creativity really kills it for me. It's a simple, safe movie that really is mediocre at best and not deserving of the high praise it is getting.
