Review of Eighth Grade (2018) by Johnathan D — 10 Aug 2018
Like I totally like thought this was like a great movie. It is disturbing if this is an accurate portrayal of growing up in a digital age. Just sad. Their whole lives exist on a screen. Id not want to be that age in this world for nothing.
It felt like I was eavesdropping on a family and not watching a movie. The confrontation scene at the end felt false to me. I dont feel she would have had that much guts in real life. The ending scene with the chicken nuggets was the best.
