Exceptional experience that in flashes reminds me of my own childhood anxieties and in tidal waves reminds me of my younger siblings. It's unfortunate that this is rated out of the age it's telling a story about.
Although it's not something I'll watch multiple times over, Eighth Grade is the movie I'm most happy I saw this year.
