Review of Edge of Tomorrow (2014) by Denzel B — 02 Feb 2016
Very interesting psychological science fiction. Genius of a story, adapted from a Japanese novel entitled "All You Need Is Kill". Although the screenplay is fantastic, the repetitiveness can get annoying at times. The premise is creative and the effect of the aliens is incredible.
An underrated film, it is surprising that Cruise's The War Of The Worlds did better despite it being a much poorer work. I've been told this is simply a reworking of the film, "Groundhog Day".
