Review of Eddie the Eagle (2016) by Chris F — 28 Feb 2016
A touching comedy and drama about a boy who pursued his dream of making it to the Olympics. Taron Egerton does a great job of portraying the real life role of Eddie the Eagle Edwards. Hugh Jackman plays a man who reluctantly seeks redemption after failing to live up to his Olympic potential, which is quite funny as Hugh channels a softer version of Wolverine almost.
Both characters end up having satisfying character arcs that make for an interesting watch.
