The movie is saved by it's surrealistic dialogs, amazing characters and, of course, the magic of viewing the life of the worst-director-ever and travesty Ed Wood.
But, when you see the actually story of it, is is boring and long. The movie has it's spice moments, but all in all, it is just not as fun and amazing as it could be.
