Review of Ed Wood (1994) by Nicolaj J — 03 Jul 2012
At times hilarious at others emotional, Landau steals the show as Lugosi and his descent from greatness into despair. Murray has an excellent cameo and Depp is quite good in the lead. Overall as in Wood's life a cavalcade of insanity and bad luck and some bad films to boot.
Burton does a great job in bringing his story to the big screen where Wood never quite reached.
