Review of Eat Pray Love (2010) by Panta O — 09 Sep 2011
I missed it in the cinemas because most of my friends didn't like it... and I saw it yesterday on one of the satellite channels... wasn't bad at all, as I expected. It is not the most unique subject but it was solidly made without anything spectacular, except, maybe, scenery!
Julia Roberts did her share the way she usually does it, smoothly and without too much effort, very naturally! The film is not set up to answer great philosophical questions but it was perfectly made to make you think about them. If you are a thinker, watch it... if you are not... skipp it! :-).
