Review of Easy Rider (1969) by Tom D — 22 Apr 2009
This is the quentisential biker movie. With tour de' force performances by none other than Fonda , Nicheleson, and Hopper, but it was all accomplished on an indie film budget with old 20mm film footage and exetremly large amounts of THC.
The soundtrack is revolutionary, and the cinematics were actually top rate. This is a rare film that depicts a pivotal part of arguably one of the greatest time periods of the latter parts of the 20th century.
