Review of Easy Rider (1969) by Shawn B — 21 Sep 2010
Easy Rider was a great film, and changed my perspective of the song "Hey Mickey" forever. My favourite Peter Fonda movie and proof that Dennis Hopper can direct as well as act. I also love how it is the most simple way of good movie making, since it creates emotional attachment to some characters and kills them..... for some reason the way this was done seems comic to me.
The entire movie was cool and groovy, and says a lot about 1960's America. I love this movie, and it was hard for me not to give it four and a half stars.
