Review of Easy Rider (1969) by Post G — 07 Jan 2010
One of the best examples of the 1960's counterculture. This adventure presents many high points and struggles, yet the ride is a peaceful and enjoyable one. Everything about the film is very good: The plot, characters, and acting, with a shocking end.
Jack Nicholson has a unique role here, and everything else is good. This is an American film classic for a reason, and there isn't much more I can say: It's a great film and it should be watched.
You'll get a little more out of it than you expected.
