Review of Easy A (2010) by Allan C — 04 May 2012
Fun teen comedy version of Hawthorne's "The Scarlett Letter" is actually more true to it's source material than the absurd Demi Moore version of the book. Emma Stone is great as the Hester Prynne figure.
The other teen actors are good, but there's a very good adult supporting cast that includes Thomas Haden Church, Patricia Clarkson, Lisa Kudrow, Malcolm McDowell, Stanley Tucci and Fred Armisen.
