Review of Earthquake (1974) by David G — 11 Aug 2007
Early 1970s LA goes up in flames after a massive earthquake, but Ava Gardner's wig somehow stays on straight right until the end.
Marvel as entire plot threads that seemingly took hours to set up before the quake hits suddenly evaporate into thin air.
Laugh as Ava pretends to be Lorne Green's daughter, despite the fact they probably went to school togather.
Scratch your head over the tranny national guard sub-plot, and chuckle over Victoria Principle's afro.
This movie just gets better and better with each viewing, even without Sensurround.
