Review of Earthquake (1974) by Jason H — 28 Jun 2008
This is a fairly good disaster film from the disaster crazed 70's...not on par with Fox's Poseiden and Inferno films but it isn't too bad. It's shorter than the rest of them which is a plus.
The all-star cast concept is in play with Heston, Bujold, and Kennedy giving what I think are good performances. Some of the subplots are dumb but the core characters are all pretty good so it wasnt bad from an entertainment standpoint.
..easily could have been worse...but a bigger bidget might have helped.
