Remember that movie Stand By Me? Remember how good it was, and how there was something about each of the boys you could relate? Well Earth To Echo is a movie that tries to be a modern day Stand By Me, but falls way short.
One thing about the four boys in Stand By Me is that they could all actually act. In Earth to Echo that's not really the case. I was thinking while watching this thing on a plane ride "where did they find these guys, and do kids not go to acting school?" There are a few (at best) cute moments, but to me, not enough.
